Get started with the Miele ESW 6229 X warming drawer which makes yeast dough particularly easy to prove. It offers low-temperature cooking, is super versatile thanks to four operating modes (also great for plate warming) and oozes convenience with touch controls. All Miele built-in warming drawers feature a 4-hour timer which switches off automatically.

Alternatively, the Miele DGC 6600 Steam Combination oven adds moisture guaranteeing excellent results with bread and bread rolls! Success is guaranteed each time thanks to the fast and even distribution of steam in the cabinet and around cooking containers. The water panel is conveniently housed behind a motorised fascia panel – this opens and closes at the touch of a button to reveal the water container and the food probe. The benefit of a food probe is that no cooking supervision is required as the countdown indicator tells you exactly when your food will be ready. Genius!
